The Ford SuperCab features 40.8 inches of front headroom, 40.3 inches of rear headroom, and 33.5 inches of rear legroom.
On the other hand, the Ford Crew Cab features 40.8 inches of front headroom, 40.3 inches of rear headroom, and a spacious, comfortable rear legroom measuring about 43.5 inches.
So basically, the Ford SuperCab is suitable for you if you only have occasional rear passengers who can’t be accommodated on that tiny bench offered in the Ford Regular Cab.

This is because the SuperCab boasts a towing capacity of up to 14,000 pounds when fitted with the 3.5L EcoBoost V6 engine, 8-feet box, and rear-wheel drive.
The SuperCab has a maximum payload of 3020 pounds when fitted with the 5.0L V8 engine, 8-feet box, and rear-wheel-drive.
On the other hand, the Crew Cab has a towing capacity of 14,000 pounds when fitted with the 3.5L V6 EcoBoost V6 engine as well as the rear-wheel-drive.

The Ford Crew Cab with the bigger bed measures about 243.7 inches long, 75.7 inches high, 79.9 inches wide, 157 inches wheelbase, and 8.4 inches of ground clearance.
Engine and Powertrain
For the 2021 Ford F-150 SuperCab, there are five powertrain options to choose from.
There is a 2.7L 325hp twin-turbo EcoBoost V6 engine on the Lariat, 250hp turbodiesel 400hp EcoBoost V6 engine on the Limited trim, 3.3L 290hp V6 engine on the XLT and XL trims, or the 400hp V8 engine on the King Ranch and Platinum trims.
